離心機(jī)在日常運(yùn)行中，保證離心機(jī)的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行是提高分離效率和機(jī)械使用安全的前提，這是一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的工程，需要在日常的操作中注意方方面面。那么在日常使用離心機(jī)的時(shí)候，怎么樣才能保證離心機(jī)的運(yùn)行是平穩(wěn)的呢，下面我們就來分析一下，離心機(jī)運(yùn)行過程需要注意的事項(xiàng)：
首先是加強(qiáng)對設(shè)備的管理，對離心機(jī)的清洗尤其是轉(zhuǎn)鼓的清洗，才能減少轉(zhuǎn)鼓上面污物的積累，避免離心機(jī)因?yàn)檗D(zhuǎn)鼓受力不均勻而發(fā)生振動，清洗轉(zhuǎn)鼓要注意用沖洗水反復(fù)沖刷，可以保證轉(zhuǎn)鼓沖洗*。

而在操作人員水平的培訓(xùn)方面也得加強(qiáng)，離心機(jī)操作是一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的動作，每一步都必須準(zhǔn)確無誤，對突發(fā)情況有良好的應(yīng)對措施，比如根據(jù)生產(chǎn)需要，及時(shí)調(diào)整回流開度。
在離心機(jī)初始安裝時(shí)就應(yīng)該考慮到離心機(jī)在工作狀態(tài)下的振動，采用牢固的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)做為基座，保證離心機(jī)滑輪和差速器的高度差小雨5毫米，然后通過和管線的連接，根據(jù)負(fù)載動態(tài)判斷機(jī)器的振動幅度。
減少離心機(jī)物料雜質(zhì)的負(fù)荷，減少分離物料的固體含有率，因?yàn)槲锪媳凰Τ鰜淼臅r(shí)候速度快，如何有較多大顆粒雜質(zhì)，可能導(dǎo)致離心機(jī)各部件加速磨損，離心機(jī)不穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行就在情理之中。
