智能型電導(dǎo)率傳感器測量的是溶液的導(dǎo)電能力,返回溶液中總的離子濃度,廣泛地應(yīng)用在生產(chǎn)生活中,是電力,化工,環(huán)保,食品,海洋研究等領(lǐng)域*的監(jiān)測裝置。
對于電極型電導(dǎo)率傳感器,深圳云傳物聯(lián)出品的四電極電導(dǎo)率傳感器相較于二電極電導(dǎo)率傳感器,增加了一對驅(qū)動電極,可有效避免電極極化引起的偏差和漂移,采用內(nèi)藏式電導(dǎo)池結(jié)構(gòu),延長維護(hù)周期。
為什么檢測電導(dǎo)率很重要?
電導(dǎo)率是用來描述物質(zhì)中電荷流動難易程度的參數(shù)。在公式中,電導(dǎo)率用希臘字母K來表示。電導(dǎo)率∑的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)單位是西門子/米(簡寫做S/M),威電阻率P的倒數(shù),即∑=1/P。
當(dāng)1安培(1A)電流通過物體的橫截面并存在1伏特(1V)電壓時,物體的電導(dǎo)就是1S。西門子實(shí)際上等效于1安培/伏特。如果∑是電導(dǎo)(單位西門子),l是電流(單位安培),E是電壓(單位伏特),則:∑=l/E
通常,當(dāng)電壓保持不變時,這種直流電電路中的電流與電導(dǎo)成比例關(guān)系。如果電導(dǎo)加倍,則電流也加倍;如果電導(dǎo)減少到它初始值的1/10,電流也會變?yōu)樵瓉淼?/font>1/10.這個規(guī)則也適用于許多低頻率的交流電系統(tǒng),如家庭電路。在一些交流電電路中,尤其是在高頻電路中,情況就變得非常復(fù)雜,因?yàn)檫@些系統(tǒng)中的組件會存續(xù)和釋放能量。
電導(dǎo)和電阻也有關(guān)系,如果R是一個組件和設(shè)備的電阻(單位歐姆Ω),電導(dǎo)為G (單位西門子S),則:G=1/R。
