夾套電加熱反應釜
述：本系列產品廣泛用于醫(yī)藥、化工、精細化工、食品、輕工等行業(yè)領域中，是物料反應、混合、水解、中和、結晶、蒸餾、蒸發(fā)、傳質、傳熱等環(huán)節(jié)的理想設備。
本系列產品可按不同的使用工況要求配置錨式、框式、多層槳式、渦輪式、推進式等形式攪拌器，亦可配置一定數(shù)量的擋板以提高攪拌效果。隨機配有防爆電機，擺線針輪減速機，TB型機架以及212型機械密封，用戶亦可根據(jù)需要更改以上配置。
本系列產品加熱及冷卻采用外夾套結構；加熱及冷卻可采用蒸汽、導熱油、電、水及冷凍鹽水等介質。本材料可采用Q235-B碳素鋼、16MnR低合金鋼、襯膠、襯塑料、襯玻璃鋼、搪玻璃、奧氏體不銹鋼等。
Overview：
This series of products are widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, fine chemical, food, light industries in the field, that is an ideal equipment in the material reaction, mixing, hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization, distillation, evaporation, mass transfer, heat transfer links and so on.
According to different operating conditions requirements, this series of products configurate of anchor, box, multilayer paddle, turbine, promoting and other type of blender also can configure a certain number of baffle to improve mixing effect.Random equipped with explosion-proof electric motor, cycloidal reducer, TB rack and 212 mechanical seal, the user can be accorded to need to change above configuration.
This series product using clip jacket structure to heating and cooling outside. Heating and cooling medium can be used of steam, thermal oil, electric heating, water and frozen salt water etc..
This material can be used of Q235-B carbon steel，16MnR low alloy steel, rubber lining, lining plastic, lining glass reinforced plastics, honing glass, austenitic stainless steel and so on (Pictures for reference only.).
