ZP35AZP35B旋轉(zhuǎn)式壓片機
| 用途: 本機是一種雙壓式自動旋轉(zhuǎn)，連續(xù)壓片的機器，將顆粒狀原料壓制成各種片劑。它主要用于制藥工業(yè)的片劑生產(chǎn)，同時適用于化工、食品、電子等工業(yè)部門。 特點： ●外圍罩殼為全封閉形式，材料采用不銹鋼，內(nèi)部臺面用不銹鋼材料，轉(zhuǎn)臺表面經(jīng)過特殊處理，能保持表面光澤與防止交叉污染，符合GMP要求。 ●裝有透明玻璃的門窗，能清楚觀察壓片的狀態(tài)，并且能全部打開，易于內(nèi)部清理和保養(yǎng)。 ●所有控制器和操作件均布局合理。 ●采用變頻調(diào)速裝置進行電氣調(diào)速，操作方便，轉(zhuǎn)動平穩(wěn)，安全準確。 ●所有的傳動裝置均布置在機器內(nèi)部，保持機件清潔。 ●液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計合理，能保證液壓系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定。 ●配有過載保護裝置，當壓力過載時，能自動停機。 ●本機配有電磁制動電動機和其他安全保護裝置，運行時也能調(diào)整與操作。 ●沖?？膳cZP19、ZP33等壓片機通用。 ●ZP33是ZP35A的改進型產(chǎn)品增加了預(yù)壓。 Application: This machine is a double-press type. continous automatic tablet press for presssing granular raw materials into tablets. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry and also the chemical, food, electronic industries. Characteristics: ●The outside part of the machine is fully-enclosed, The material of the cover and the inside bable face is stainless steel. The turret face is specially disposed keeping the lustre of the face and prevent the cross pollution, meeting the G.M.P rerquirement. ●It has transparent windows so that press condition can be observed clearly and the window can be opened. ●Cleaning and maintenance is easier. ●The lay-out of all the controllers and the operate parts is reasonable. ●The speed adjustment of the driver is controlled by the frequency conversion device. ●All the drive devices are located inside the machine so keep the machine clean. ●The hydraulic system can assure the stable of the system. ●A overload protection unit is included in the system to avoid the damage of the punches and apparatus, when overload occurs, the machine stops automatically. ●This machine also has electronic magic driver and other safety protection device which can be adjusted and operated when running. ●The punches and dies are also applicable to Model ZP19 ZP33. ●ZP35B is an inproued uersion of ZP35A with additonal fuaction of precompression. |
