摘要：高加速應(yīng)力篩選試驗(yàn) （ HASS） 技術(shù)是近年來不斷發(fā)展起來的可靠性新技術(shù)，其工作原理、試驗(yàn)?zāi)康?、?yīng)力要求等與傳統(tǒng)的可靠性試驗(yàn)有所不同，是考核與提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量與可靠性的強(qiáng)有力的工具。 本文就HASS試驗(yàn)技術(shù)基本原理和環(huán)境應(yīng)力與誘發(fā)的故障模式之間關(guān)系進(jìn)行了簡要分析，重點(diǎn)闡述了HASS試驗(yàn) 技術(shù)的核心之一 —篩選剖面圖的驗(yàn)證技術(shù)，并對HASS剖面驗(yàn)證技術(shù)的特點(diǎn)、所需資源和其它的相關(guān)內(nèi)容作了說明。

Analysis of Validate technique for Highly Accelerated Stress Screen


Abstract:Highly accelerated stress screen technology is a continuously developing and reliable technology. There are differences between HASS and traditional reliability test on its operating principle , test purpose and stress requirement, so it is a powerful tool for evaluating and advancing product quality and reliability. In this paper, based on analyzing the fundamental principle of the HASS technique and the relations between the applied environmental stresses and the failure modes excited by these stresses，the validate technique for HASS profile are particularly explained and the needing resource and other matters are presented in detail．
