一體式全焊接球閥，不會(huì)有外部泄漏等現(xiàn)象，由于閥座是由碳化特氟隆密封環(huán)及咖彈簧構(gòu)成的,以對(duì)壓力和溫度的變化適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng),標(biāo)注壓力和溫度范圍內(nèi)不會(huì)產(chǎn)生任何泄滑。球體的加工過(guò)程有*的計(jì)算機(jī)檢測(cè)儀跟蹤檢測(cè),以球體的加工精度高。由于閥體材料跟管道材質(zhì)一樣,會(huì)出現(xiàn)應(yīng)力不均,不會(huì)由于地震及車(chē)輛經(jīng)過(guò)地面時(shí)而產(chǎn)生變形，管道耐老化。密封環(huán)本體采用含量20%C(碳素)的PTFE材質(zhì)，保障*無(wú)泄漏(0%)。
【進(jìn)口全焊接球閥】技術(shù)特點(diǎn)：
1、閥體結(jié)構(gòu)整體式焊接，不會(huì)有外部泄漏現(xiàn)象。
2、閥座由PTFE密封環(huán)及彈簧組成對(duì)壓力和溫度的變化適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng)，在使用范圍內(nèi)不會(huì)產(chǎn)生任何泄漏。
3、閥桿的防滲漏結(jié)構(gòu)、閥桿底部有1個(gè)PTFE自封密封墊和1個(gè)O型密封圈，上面有2個(gè)O型密封圈、兩個(gè)PTFE密封墊組成，確保無(wú)泄露。
4、閥體材料與管道材質(zhì)相同，不會(huì)出現(xiàn)應(yīng)力不勻，也不會(huì)由于地震及車(chē)輛經(jīng)過(guò)地面時(shí)而擠壓變形。
5、閥體輕且易于保溫。
6、直埋式球閥可以直接埋于地下，不用建高大閥門(mén)井，只需地面上設(shè)置小型淺井，大大節(jié)省施工費(fèi)用及工程時(shí)間。
7、可根據(jù)管道的施工及設(shè)計(jì)要求調(diào)整閥體的長(zhǎng)短和閥桿高度。
