基本用途
◆ HZ-S6貼標(biāo)簽機(jī)屬于自動(dòng)方瓶/圓瓶回轉(zhuǎn)貼標(biāo)機(jī)系列，適用于在方瓶/圓瓶容器的全周貼標(biāo)簽或不干膠膜，如藥品、飲料、乳業(yè)、礦泉水、食品等，更換覆標(biāo)機(jī)構(gòu)可實(shí)現(xiàn)單面、雙面、方瓶、圓瓶全周貼標(biāo)。高速方瓶貼標(biāo)機(jī)全自動(dòng)方/圓瓶貼標(biāo)生產(chǎn)過程，代替了低效率的人工貼標(biāo)方式。貼標(biāo)效果好無褶皺、無氣泡、標(biāo)頭尾對接處齊整美觀；提高生產(chǎn)效率，從而提高了產(chǎn)品的市場競爭力。
可選配在線打印貼標(biāo)機(jī)或噴碼機(jī)到貼標(biāo)頭，可實(shí)現(xiàn)在標(biāo)簽上打印電子監(jiān)管碼、生產(chǎn)日期、批號和噴印條碼、二維碼追溯等信息。

工作原理
◆ 核心工作原理：傳感器檢測到產(chǎn)品經(jīng)過，傳回信號到貼標(biāo)控制系統(tǒng)，信號經(jīng)過PLC處理后，在適當(dāng)時(shí)刻送出標(biāo)簽貼附在產(chǎn)品設(shè)定位置上，產(chǎn)品流經(jīng)覆標(biāo)裝置，標(biāo)簽被覆牢固，一張標(biāo)簽的貼附動(dòng)作完成。
◆ 操作過程：進(jìn)瓶—>螺桿分瓶—>星輪上瓶—>托盤定位—>送標(biāo)—>托瓶盤旋轉(zhuǎn)—>貼標(biāo)—>壓標(biāo)—>刷標(biāo)—>一次完成—>包裝。

Basic uses
QHZ-S6 labeling machine belongs to automatic square/round bottle rotary labeling machine series. It is suitable for labeling square/round bottle containers or non-dry film, such as medicine, beverage, dairy industry, mineral water, food, etc. Replacing labeling mechanism can realize labeling on one side, two sides, square bottles and round bottles. High-speed square bottle labeling machine automatic square/round bottle labeling production process, replacing the inefficient manual labeling method. The labeling effect is good without wrinkles, bubbles and neat and beautiful butt of the label head and tail, and the production efficiency is improved, thus enhancing the market competitiveness of the products.
Optional on-line printing labeling machine or jet printer to label head can print electronic supervision code, production date, batch number and jet printing bar code, two-dimensional code traceability and other information on the label.
Optional visual inspection equipment, conveyor belt/conveyor belt can be used to realize visual inspection and removal of products. Automated production lines, assembly lines and stacking robots can be added to pack and seal the back packing products.

Working principle
_Core working principle: Sensor detects product process, sends back signal to labeling control system. After signal is processed by PLC, label is sent out and attached to the set position of the product at the appropriate time. The product flows through the labeling device, the label is firmly covered, and the affixing action of a label is completed.
_Operation process: bottle feeding - > screw bottle division - > star wheel bottle - > tray positioning - > bid delivery - > tray rotation - > labeling - > pressure - > labeling - > brushing - > one-time completion - > packaging.
