CS-103干酵柜/發(fā)酵干酵柜概述：

◆ 用于面團(tuán)初次發(fā)酵，面團(tuán)從滾圓機(jī)成型后直接落入干酵柜面團(tuán)托盤。
◆ 托盤在鏈條的帶動(dòng)下循環(huán)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，面團(tuán)在常溫運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過程中達(dá)到初次發(fā)酵效果。
◆ 當(dāng)托盤運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)至設(shè)備出口后，面團(tuán)自然落入輸送機(jī)，在由輸送機(jī)輸送面團(tuán)至下一工序。
