QGF Series barrel machine is specially used for 5 Gallon barrel drinking water. This machine integrates washing/filling/capping into one unit. It is the good ideals for produce the mineral water/distilled water/pure water equipments. Whole machine are adopt the high quality stainless steel, Strong for erosion proof ability, easy to washing. Mostly electric components are adopted SIEMENS, OMRON etc famous company. Electric component adopt import Air TAC famous brand product. The machine is advanced in construction, occupying small area, steady in performance, high in produce efficiency, high in automatization degree. Easy in operation, which integrates machinery, electricity and pneumatics technologies together into one unit full automatic barreling machine.

APPLICATION:

It is especially used for 5 Gallon barrel pure water washing, filling, capping production line.

CHARACTERISTICS:

The parts with touch water adopt high-quality stainless steel. The cylinder gear runs smoothly and the fixed position is correct. It adopts inserting-type washing technology to remove washing blind angle.
