在藥廠中有大量的工藝過(guò)程涉及到分配系統(tǒng)。如：純化水的分配系統(tǒng)，注射水的分配系統(tǒng)，藥液在配置容器之間的傳輸和分配等等。

采樣點(diǎn)、檢測(cè)點(diǎn)——合理設(shè)置在線檢測(cè)點(diǎn)，采樣點(diǎn)，可以滿足在系統(tǒng)投入運(yùn)行后的維護(hù)、驗(yàn)證的需要。
保溫——防止?fàn)C傷、凍傷、結(jié)霜，節(jié)約能源。在衛(wèi)生等級(jí)房間穿過(guò)的管道保溫還需要考慮密封，以防止不同衛(wèi)生等級(jí)房間之間空氣的流通。
