噴淋殺菌冷卻隧道應(yīng)用于果汁（茶）等飲料灌裝生產(chǎn)線而設(shè)計(jì)制造。其為隧道式巴氏殺菌及噴淋冷卻機(jī)是一種處理那些已灌裝好了的容器方法。沒(méi)有經(jīng)過(guò)處理好的產(chǎn)品灌進(jìn)容器，并將容器封好蓋，然后通過(guò)輸送帶的傳送，進(jìn)入隧道式巴氏殺菌及噴淋冷卻機(jī)的內(nèi)部。在巴氏殺菌及噴淋冷卻機(jī)中的各個(gè)溫度區(qū)域內(nèi)，容器受到不同溫度水的噴淋，也就是殺菌階段和冷卻階段。

   噴淋殺菌冷卻隧道其采用了噴淋到較涼的容器上的水將會(huì)變熱，這部分較熱的水被用來(lái)冷已經(jīng)被殺菌處理過(guò)了的較熱的容器，以便容器進(jìn)行逐步冷卻，這樣既可以避免過(guò)熱而造成的口味損失，又能夠防止容器熱應(yīng)力的突變而產(chǎn)生碎瓶或瓶變形。并且加熱區(qū)域和冷卻區(qū)域相互連接起來(lái)后，能量就得到了很好地再生利用——這就是稱這為能量再生原理。隧道式巴氏殺菌機(jī)充分利用了這一熱熱量平衡原理，能耗非常低，只有殺菌區(qū)域使用了有限的能源。

The interconnection of the heating zones and cooling zones will better recycle the energy — this is the energy regeneration principle. The tunnel Pasteur sterilizer makes full use of the heat balance principle and only consumes limited resources in sterilization zone.
