本成套設(shè)備是我廠集*技術(shù)與國內(nèi)食品廠實際情況，開發(fā)設(shè)計針對國內(nèi)需求洗蛋、磕蛋設(shè)備。成套設(shè)備采用SUS304材料，洗蛋、磕蛋分離實現(xiàn)連續(xù)自動化作業(yè)，特殊立轉(zhuǎn)磕蛋機構(gòu)，蛋殼提升、離心蛋清、使蛋液獲得率達98%以上，zui后對蛋液進行過濾，輸送至平衡罐。
