1. 整機(jī)外觀金屬件和外露金屬件（除鑄造件外）均采用不銹鋼材料制做，防腐防銹、耐酸耐堿，所有不銹鋼板均采用外表面拉絲板，光亮清潔、清洗方便。
2. 取標(biāo)站采用標(biāo)板回轉(zhuǎn)式上膠，取標(biāo)和放標(biāo)，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)可靠、上膠均勻、取標(biāo)精確穩(wěn)定、貼標(biāo)質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定可靠。
3. 回轉(zhuǎn)式凸輪控制瓶轉(zhuǎn)位托瓶機(jī)構(gòu)，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)可靠、瓶轉(zhuǎn)位控制精度高，貼標(biāo)精確、刷標(biāo)均勻穩(wěn)定，可滿足圓瓶、方瓶和各種異型瓶的商標(biāo)貼標(biāo)。
4. 壓瓶機(jī)械采用肩擺式，結(jié)構(gòu)*合理，壓瓶穩(wěn)定可靠，調(diào)整簡單方便，高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)不掉瓶、不甩瓶，根據(jù)瓶型高度自動(dòng)升降調(diào)節(jié)。此結(jié)構(gòu)獲國家

1) External metal parts (except casting parts) are corrosion-prevention, rust-proof, acid-resisting and alkali-resisting with the adopting of stainless steel; corrosion resistant plates are made from outside surface wire-drawing boards, which is bright, clean and easy to wash.

2) With the use of gyratory label-holding plate, the label-taking station runs stably and reliably, applies glue equably, takes labels accuray and stably and has stable and reliable labeling quality.

3) Gyratory cam controls bottle-rotating tray to make it stable and reliable while running and more accurate on controlling to bottle rotating, labeling accuray, label brushing stably and uniformly. This machine can be used for labeling trademarks on round, square or irregular bottles.

4) Shoulder- pendulous bottle-pressing mechanism: advanced and rational structure; stable and reliable bottle-pressing operation; simple and convenient adjustment; high-speed running with no dropping or throwing bottles; automatic rising or lowering adjustment according to bottle shape and height. This structure has owned national patent.

5) Appearance design is elegant; transparent organic glass has safety protection function and through which producing and labeling process can be observed.

6) All transmission parts are caught through toothed wheels, which run stably and reliably and have high transmission accuracy.

7) Label-holding plate integrated glue-taking and pasting with stainless steel glue-taking idler wheel won’t  be transmutative and tackless.
