葉片式糖漿過濾機產(chǎn)品簡介 Introduction 
YTG是在消化吸收國外及我公司LTG硅藻土過濾機的基礎(chǔ)上，為適應(yīng)糖漿過濾介質(zhì)之要求而重新設(shè)計制作的，用途范圍廣，還可用作果汁、飲料、啤酒、葡萄酒及水的過濾，過濾介質(zhì)除硅藻土外，還可用珍珠巖、活性炭等。
YTG Vane-type Syrup Filter is redesigned in order to adapt the requests of syrup filtration medium which base on the absorption of foreign companies and our company LTG diatomite filtration machine. The use of YTG Vane-type Syrup Filter is very broad, it can filtrate fruit juices, drinks, colloid, wine and water, besides diatomite, perlite, active carbon and so on are also available to be the filtration medium.

● 無需紙板，較紙板過濾機可節(jié)省過濾成本。
Does not need the cardboard, compares to the cardboard purifier, it can save the filtration cost. 
● 該機所有密封件均采用耐高溫硅膠件（食品級）。
All seals of this machine use the thermostable silica gel (food grade). 
● 不銹鋼離心泵采用水冷卻機械密封，有效延長機械密封使用壽命。
The stainless steel centrifugal pump uses the water cooling mechanical seal, extends the mechanical seal service life effectively. 
● 運動部件少，維修費用低廉，只需要更換密封件。
With few movement part and inexpensive maintenance cost, only needs to replace the seal. 
● 配有CIP清洗功能，無需開蓋清洗，有效的噴淋清洗功能可將廢硅藻土清洗*，排放后在錐體部分沒有任何殘留。
Equipped with CIP cleansing function without openings cleansing, effective spray cleansing function can clean the spent diatomite out and out, after emissions nothing left in the cone part.
