1.1 調(diào)試前的檢查
調(diào)試前的檢查主要有以下幾點：
檢查各部位，特別是各段膨化腔的連接螺釘、地腳螺栓、電機座與機架的連接螺栓、膨
化腔與機架的螺栓聯(lián)接，不得有松動現(xiàn)象
電機接線合處的各段線路檢查
 手動使主軸轉(zhuǎn)動，此時膨化腔內(nèi)不得有任何碰擦聲音，如有碰擦聲音需要調(diào)整，詳細方
1.1.1 膨化腔與螺桿間隙的調(diào)整
 檢查并清理水路、汽路。所有過濾器需清理
 檢查旁通導(dǎo)料板轉(zhuǎn)動是否靈活自如

在每次開機時都必須保證螺桿在運轉(zhuǎn)過程中與膨化腔內(nèi)壁沒有任何碰擦聲音。如膨化腔偏位，螺桿在運轉(zhuǎn)過程中與膨化腔摩擦撞擊，會大大影響螺桿的使用壽命，甚至直接把螺桿打碎。同時在生產(chǎn)過程中，膨化腔偏心也會使生產(chǎn)不穩(wěn)定，影響產(chǎn)量。僅在主機空轉(zhuǎn)時膨化腔沒有任何碰擦聲音才說明調(diào)整適合。
